TWO FLOORS OF FITNESS! 

Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Fredericksburg, Bodyworks Downtown Athletic Club has everything you need for a great workout: state of the art cardio and strength training equipment, a yoga studio and spacious, comfortable rooms for group classes, and a locker room with a sauna. We have a large parking lot with plenty of off-street parking.
